Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging with AeliaVision, you agree to the project specifications and timelines established in our initial technical strategy session. All development work is performed under professional standards.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final milestone payment, the client receives full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the custom source code developed. AeliaVision retains rights to internal libraries and pre-existing core frameworks used in the project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary assets, API keys, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

4. Limitation of Liability

AeliaVision provides software "as-is" and is not liable for damages resulting from third-party modifications, improper server configuration by the client, or external API failures.
